I am only getting partial fields when I follow the import criteria. I select the name from the outlook address to export. I export it to a .csv file on my desktop. I import it into T Bird but don't get all the fields. I don't understand the need to coordinate the field in T bird where I move the selections up or down. There is there is a primary email field but no email field to coordinate it with on the list.

If you do not one up the data fields when importing then you are going to get bad results.

It is not that hard. Start at the top and line up the data with the field type. Name with name Email address with email address

On the Address Book Side I checked the Primary email but there is no matching entry on the "Record Data to Import" Side. Furthermore, I get first and last names but they do not show until I click on the icon which would represent that entry. All categories are blank.
