How do you/can you set a filter to only allow email from a particular email address?
I am receiving a lot of junk mail to an account that only has one approved email contact. How do you set filters or limit contact from any body other than the single approved email (From) address? My appreciation and thanks for any suggestions!

There's an example here with screenshots: http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Message-Filter-in-Mozilla-Thunderbird That shows you how to create a filter to delete all mail from a particular address. The only change you need to make is instead of setting the From field to 'is' the address, set it to 'isn't' instead.
