loss of content of email prior to 6 April 2016

Hi, we moved house 6th April 2016. All emails are ok since that date, but prior loss of email content. Headings ok. Use bigpond but they do not support Mozilla. Their server only goes back to 30th Feb. 2016 and I need to access all emails in the inbox. about 300. Thanks
