Hi booshan, are you visiting the site in a private window? Firefox's tracking protection feature may look like an ad blocker to the site. This article has more information on how to make an exception for a site when needed: What happened to Tracking Protection?.

If tracking protection is not the issue, perhaps one of your other extensions is blocking something? You can review your extensions on the Add-ons page, either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. Then cast a critical eye over the list on the right -- all extensions are optional, none come with Firefox. If in doubt, disable.

Often a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.

If none of your enabled extensions seem to be the culprit, you could share your list with us for review. Maybe we'll recognize one as a content blocker. You can copy paste from the support information page, or use a script to insert the list.

Here's a link to the steps for the script if you want to try it: https://jeffersonscher.com/res/remote.html

Alternately, to copy/paste, open the support information page using either

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Troubleshooting Information
  • (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter/Return

Scroll down to the Extensions heading and a table should follow listing enabled and disabled extensions.

Using the mouse, select the text from extensions through the end of the table listing the extensions and copy (Ctrl+c). Then click in a reply and paste (Ctrl+v). It will look a little messy but don't worry, we're used to it.
