Often sent emails are not saved so I have no record of them. What do I do please?
After I send an email, I often get a message to say that saving to my sent folder has failed and do I want to resend the email. The email will have been sent ok, but of course I need copies of sent emails as this is my work. It happens probably 40% of the time and I dont know what to do. Im not great with computers. thanks Clare

It may work better if you open the account settings and set it to use the "Sent" folder under Local Folders.
Who is your email provider? Can you say if the troubled account uses POP or IMAP?
