Hi, why does Firefox ******* suck after 10+ years of me using it? It crashes daily at this point - hourly. **** you for ruining this Browser - and I'm going to Chrome. It literally just crashed 4 times trying to watch the Trump Inaguration video on Youtube. Y'all suck - thanks bye.

In the first place,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
In the second place, treat other as you want them to treat you.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

I'm not posting here to troubleshoot - it's a free Browser - not my car. I'm posting to let you know my fed-up frustration these past few months as this bullshit continues to NOT be fixed - has boiled over and I'm leaving.
In the second place, I'm treating you the exact same way your Browser is treating my mood - like shit.
