Firefox crashes
Sometime in May, I don't remember exactly when, I began deleting files off my laptop to free up space on my hard drive. Ever since then, my tabs would crash unexpectedly. There were times where Firefox would crash when I would perform specific actions. For example, when checking Gmail I would be able to check my main inbox but suddenly Firefox would crash if I tried checking other inboxes. Firefox would go to sites like Youtube, Spotify, and Soundcloud but then crash after a few moments of being on them. For the most part Firefox would only remain running without crashing while searching on Google and utilizing Gmail. Up until this point my laptop has submitted around 170 crash reports. I’ve checked to see if Firefox still crashes in safe mode and it does. I’ve reinstalled Firefox twice and it stopped crashing for a short period of time. My software, Firefox, and plugins are up to date. I’m not really sure what else to do at this point and I can’t have this happen when I go back to school. The most recent Crash ID: bp-9de34816-2a5f-4b6a-ae98-217611170716.
