I am getting phantom email reminders in Lightening for deleted events and I'm not getting reminders for some of the new events.
My problem is with the calendar (Lightening). In the past, I would l get email reminders for all events sent in the calendar. As time goes on, I delete some events but, I am still getting email reminders for them. Also, I create new events and some (not all) do not send these reminders to my email. I delete the events and create a new one but, I still am not getting all the reminder . I searched this problem out online and some say Lightening does not send email reminders but, it DOES and it has been ever since I installed this into Thunderbird (it's 2017 so maybe these were old posts.) Anyhow, is there a fix for this? Thanks.

I meant "I would get email reminders for all events created in the calendar".

Is there a reason why this question isn't being answered? The Lightning Calendar would always send me email reminders for events I created in it in the past. I don't use any other calendar along with Lightning. Never did. Only Lightning. I'm still getting email reminders sent to me for old events, which is odd since they have long been deleted. And yet, I am not getting email reminders for newly created events? Was this feature discontinued in Lightning Add On? It would be good to know. Thanks for your help
