Is there a way to throttle the send rate of mass emails?
I know I can set up a mass email send using mailing lists. I have about 1,000 emails to send out, but my SMTP server provider only allows 100 emails per hour to be sent. Is there a way, or a plug in, that would throttle the mailing list send rate to keep it below that rate?
