My eyes don't permit me to view pages with 100% view. How do I set my default view to 200%?
I've downloaded numerous "add-ons" and/or "extensions" promising to help me with this issue, the latest being "Zoom Page WE."
But, I'm frustrated by having to change to 200% for each new page I visit... Is it not possible to set a global change to always display at 200%?
I've recently begun the migration from Chrome/Chromium to Firefox. I'm using the latest version: 57.0.4. I'd like to complete the migration as Chrome/Chromium (which I've used for years) has become too bloated and performs behind-the-scenes activity which I loathe. Without this ability, I'm afraid that I'll have to consider another browser or (gasp!) return to Chrome/Chromium.

Hi !
Three things you could try :
You could consider installing this add-on :
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nosquint-plus/
Another thing to try :
Type in the address bar about:config (press Enter) (promise to be careful, if asked)
Type in the search bar and look for the preference :
layout.css.devPixelsPerPx
The default value is -1 and you can adjust the value in 0.1 or 0.09 steps, but don't go lower than 1 or higher than 2.
On the 'about:config' page you could adjust the value of the preference :
zoom.minPercent (default = 30)
After you've changed a setting on the 'about:config' page you need to close and restart Firefox, in order for the change to take effect.
