lets get this.

Your email is in a tesco server. Thunderbird is not working. Your mail has been deleted.

How did this happen do you think? And what role does a non working Thunderbird play in this?

Hi Matt, I have been told by Tesco.net support that my emails have been deleted by a third party not them. A computer guy put Thunderbird on my desktop so everything would be saved. I am 67 and not technically minded with computers. Everything has gone and Thunderbird is the only thing left. Roger
