Down loaded Thunderbird (3 Times) setup appears to load it. But does not open the programme.

there is obviously an issue with the dowmload or set-up?

Or an issue with your anti virus or other security software. Perhaps you do not have install privileges in Windows.

I have downloaded and installed as administrator. Loaded this onto another computer only last week. With no issues same o/s (win7) .
