I have tried several times to start firefox in safe mode/refresh mode to no avail.Also,chrome won't open even after re-installation .Also, Malwarebytes crashed when it was scanning file system.

Hi.I have not been able to launch firefox for a few days.It started with not being able to open google for a while,may be a few months,so I turned to firefox for searching the internet,which worked great for me. A few days earlier, when I was searching for youtube converter software,after I clicked on the link "converter.cc" I got infected with this supposedly malware which has prevented me from launching firefox since then .Now I can only get to internet using IE . I have tried several times to start firefox in safe mode/refresh mode to no avail.Also,chrome won't open even after re-installation .Also, Malwarebytes crashed when it was scanning file system. I have found the crash ID using your guidelines after I started it in safe mode.(By the way,I was able to launch firefox in safe mode.)
