Allow popups from whole Top Level Domains like *.edu or *.gov
In most browsers I can whitelist whole swaths of poorly designed websites like *.mil *.edu and *.gov which very seldom have malicious pop-ups but do use this "feature" for almost all of their functionality because they are terrible at web design.
