Can't connect to addons.mozilla.org
I can't connect to some safe websites, which i used before the 66th version of the browser. For example, i can't connect to Firefox's services such as addons.mozilla.org because of issue "SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER"
The whole message (on Russian): "addons.mozilla.org имеет политику безопасности называемую Форсированное защищённое соединение HTTP (HSTS), что означает, что Firefox может подключиться к нему только через защищённое соединение. Вы не можете добавить исключение, чтобы посетить этот сайт.
Скорее всего, эта проблема связана с самим веб-сайтом, и вы ничего не сможете с этим сделать.

You can check if there is more detail available about the issuer of the certificate.
- click the "Advanced" button show more detail
- click the blue error text (SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER) to show the certificate chain
- click "Copy text to clipboard" and paste the base64 certificate chain text in a reply
If clicking the blue error text doesn't provide the certificate chain then try these steps to inspect the certificate.
- open the Servers tab in the Certificate Manager
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Certificates: View Certificates -> Servers: "Add Exception"
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
- paste the URL of the website (https://xxx.xxx) in it's Location field
Let Firefox retrieve the certificate -> "Get Certificate"
- click the "View" button and inspect the certificate
You can find detail like the issuer of the certificate and intermediate certificates in the Details tab.

It is possible that you have a corrupted "DigiCert SHA2 Extended Validation Server CA" certificate.
If you can locate this "DigiCert SHA2 Extended Validation Server CA" certificate in the Certificate Manager under the Authorities tab then try to remove this certificate. It should have a "Software Security Device" designation.
Otherwise try to rename the cert9.db (cert9.db.old) file and remove the previously used cert8.db file in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed to remove intermediate certificates and exceptions that Firefox has stored. Note that current Firefox releases use a cert9.db SQLite database file.
If that has helped to solve the problem then you can remove the renamed cert9.db.old file. Otherwise you can undo the rename and restore cert9.db.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:preferences page.
