Check your junk/spam folder. A lot of email providers will filter automated messages into those folders. Another thing to try is to add the <code>accounts@firefox.com</code> to your contacts list. This usually makes it a trusted sender and will typically allow the email to pass through your email provider's filters that may be blocking the email entirely. Also, make sure that any automated messages or vacation replies setup on your email address are disabled, since automated replies sent back to the Firefox Accounts system are often treated as an error message and the reset code gets invalidated.
