has been rated from my Antivirus Software as bad reputated Browser AddOn, and I should remove it from my browser because of several reasons.
I want to request for answers of Firefox experts how to rate this Firefox AddOn.
Are there any reasons to rate it as a Firefox AddOn with bad reputation ?

What anti-virus program are you using? Many programs inadvertently flag extensions because their source is often unknown.
Please also note that the extension is not part of the Recommended Extensions program. See also What are the risks of installing non-Recommended extensions?

thank you for your message, but it answers not really my request.
I use a well known free antivirus software, but I do not want to tell which one. In general there are no problems with installed software or AddOns on my PC, maybe it is like you mentioned that the source of the AddOn is unknown.
