Hi

If you type about:crashes into the addressbar and tap the Socorro link a web page should open. If you can share the address of that page we will be able to look into your crash report.

Can you clarify which Firefox version on what platform has crashed ?

Then we can decide where it is best to continue and which thread should be closed.
