But why are you surprised !? You can't watch TV sites with Mozilla! If you change the browser, no problem! Also the sound of the video on FB is missing !!!! These are old problems, but no one is doing anything!

Not the problem in Windows !!! I'm telling you, I use other browsers with this Windows! There is only a problem with Mozilla! Obviously, you don't want to believe and act amateurish! Apparently the serious support has abdicated! Well your problem is yours, I won't use you and that's it!

IMO, I doubt that no one believes, but you need to do some troubleshooting which what cor-el indicated. And what's wrong with suggesting you you should explain how can to replicate your problem, like tell us what happens for you.

I tell you a hundred times how much more to repeat! The browser is not suitable for TV sites !!! Did you understand that? Also it cannot play audio in FB video! I have two more browsers, I have no problems with them! I am writing it so that they know the support of the browser, if they want their browser to have more users! The problem is theirs!
