since 78.10.0 (64-bit) thunderbird opens its window in a small size. i am only able to toggle to full size or the very small size and can not draw the appropriate size with the mouse. tried to reset the preferences and to use in safe mode. nothing works. i basically can operate the program only in full screen mode.

When hovering in correct place either on far right side or bottom right corner you should get a double headed arrow at which point you left click hold down to grab and drag. Are you saying you do not see those double headed arrows ?

Do you see those double headed arrows on any other window eg: Paint or Notepad or are they not appearing on any window?
