how i move tabs back where they were?

So i updated Firefox, and now the Tabs are not being shown at the top, in fact they are at the bottom but i can only see and select them when i go to customize toolbar, so how do i fix this and move them back to where they were?

Also seems i can't add a new tab unless i open a link in new tab.

images show what i mean in how i can only see other tabs in customize toolbars and the other when its not in customize
