Constant freeze issues
For the last two to three weeks, often when I'm changing colors of text, setting the link or photo settings, Thunderbird freezes entirely. I have to force close every time. Waiting doesn't help. I have a MacBook Pro, less than a year old.

Does it freeze in safe/troubleshoot mode (hold Option when launching TB)?
No, still freezes when I try to change Page Colors and Background or Image Properties.

At the bottom there is a link to a fixed version.
So I have to move everything to Thunderbird Daily? Won't there be a "fix" within the Thunderbird I have?
I don't think you have to move to Daily, which currently at v. 95. See this link for a fixed version in the 91 branch:

The fix will probably be in 91.3 within a week.
