how do I remove "most visited" bookmark from bookmarks toolbar? Right clicking and deleting does nothing.

The "most visited" is not a real folder. It is something the Bookmarks Manager creates. Don't worry about it. If it is in the way, open the manager and move it to the bottom of the list.
