Hello, since we have installed update 91.3.0 we have observed that on several computers in our organization, when users try to access the Tools> Preferences menu (it appears in English, although the installation language is Spanish) Thunderbird displays the box in white, it locks up and after a few seconds it closes and restarts. Toda la configuracion del Thunderbird esta en el profile al copiarlo se traslada el problema por lo tanto el problema esta en el profile, seguramente en la actualización algo no se migro correctamente, el tema que en Thunderbird no hay una opcion para restablecer la configuracion como existe en el Firefox, ya que de hacer borraría la configuracion de las cuentas y otras configuraciones importantes para su funcionamiento. En modo seguro también sucede el problema? Hay varios casos reportados con este problema dejame ver que encuentro, Puedes escribir en español, este foro parte del foro (https://support.mozilla.org/es/) es en español Saludos

Buenas tardes @GerardoPcp. En el primero de los hilos que hemos recibido está la solución. Muchísimas gracias por la atención. El tema está en que el paquete de idioma no es compatible con la versión, de hecho, si vamos al gestor de complementos y tratamos de instalar el paquete de idioma español en una versión superior a la 91.0.x lo marca como no compatible. De nuevo muchas gracias por la atención Un saludo.
