The list of messages displayed in my Inbox is not visible. If I hold the cursor over the list, they become visible one message at a time, but the full list is not visible. The full list is visible in 'all mail,' and the folders within the Inbox are also visible - just the main inbox does not make the list of emails visible. Anyone have a clue on what this is and what to do?

Could be a theming issue. Try switching to the Light theme and see if it fixes it.

Does it look correct in safe/troubleshoot mode (hold Shift when launching TB)?

I tried but it did not resolve the problem.

Stans, I have no idea what a theme is and thus no idea hwo to try Light theme. I looked through all the options at the very top of the screen (file, edit, etc) and nothing came up. Thanks, Monty

Themes are under Tools > Add-ons and Themes > Themes. Enable the Light theme from there.

Also, try repairing your inbox. Right-click the inbox, select Properties then Repair Folder.

Repair folder worked, thanks Stans.
