Find/transfer Thunderbird data from a recovery disk, & not a computer, to a new computer

See Profiles - Where Thunderbird stores your messages and other user data

If your backup contains Thunderbird data, then it should be in that same path and all you have to do is restore the backup there then launch Thunderbird.
