I sign into Xfinity email using this: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=default0/INBOX I get a jumble of data but only one of four mailboxes. Microsoft Edge shows ok. Xfinity installed a new mail process from a company called OX.IO Thanks for your help

I have no issues. see screenshot Did you try with Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode
