With "Supernova" Thunderbird has stopped including the Thunderbird version information in the header.

The default was changed for 'privacy concerns':

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1809356

but if you toggle mailnews.headers.useMinimalUserAgent to false in Config. editor in Settings/General, the full user agent string is included.
