Thunderbird Email
My Thunderbird email is still showing my inbox and folders list as normal but is suddenly missing a click on to create and send a new outgoing message. I feel must have clicked on something by mistake which has removed the top line information (options etc.) but can't find a way of retrieving the situation. Help please!

try View>folder>folderpaneheader If menu bar is not visible, press alt key first. That will present the 'new message' button, assuming that is what you are referring to.
