Thunderbird is a free product, relying solely on donations, of which we receive from only approx 1% of users. That translates to no staff responding via phone. This forum is your best bet, so please explain your issue, include all error messages in full, and if the issue relates to account connection, seeing screenshots of incoming and outgoing server settings may help.
