Hello, we have a Big problem with Thunderbird, it suddenly stopped working wednesday afternoon and when I open it again one folder with a lot of other folders inside was gone. We tried doing all the things listed in the forum such as renaming or deleting the global file and so on. We did all the standard procedures but this folder cannot be seen in Thunderbird although it exists on the Profile Folder. It is a huge loss for your business, we cannot afford to loose those emails. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thank you!
