Firefox update crash - 13:00 Tuesday 8th January AEST
A (supposed) Firefox update on my computer at 13:00 Tuesday 8th January AEST crashed and eliminated all my open tabs and all of my Bookmarks. The update was unusual - Firefox usually does it's updates when you start using it. This time I was using Firefox doing multiple things and boom, request for an update then collapse. Did anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know why such a catastrophic event might have happened.

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted (and Unsubmitted, if any) Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!

Hi,
When accessing about:crashes it displayed 'No crash reports have been submitted.'
I'm not sure if Firefox necessarily crashed, but when prompting for the latest update it forcefully closed everything down and therefore lost all of the tabs I had open.
I have the following setting enabled: 'Open previous windows and tabs', so I would've hoped everything returned after the update.
Is there anyway to restore the tabs which were open prior to the update?
For reference, I'm currently running version 134.0.2 of Firefox.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Thank you
