Firefox 3.6.3 is not playing an sound but Internet Explorer is.
Recently Firefox 3.6.3 has stopped playing any sound. I have Windows Vista and I have gone to youtube, yahoo, etc and none of them play any sound but I can still see the video. I have tried on internet explorer and the sound works fine. I really like using Firefox and would like to solve the problem. I have updated all the plug-ins. I have also read the articles on Firefox that give suggestions on what to do and nothing has worked. I do know that my sound is turned up so it's not a problem with my volume mixer. Please help!

Hello Amanda.
Try updating the Flash plugin. If that doesn't help, uninstall it and install it again. You can manage your plugins by going into Tools > Add-ons > Plugins.
