Firefox won't startup after Windows7 update week of June 4, 2010

After updating Windows 7 last week with all the security updates, both Firefox 3.6.3 and 3.6.4 Beta wouldn't launch even after I un-installed each, cleaned the registry, downloaded the latest builds and re-installed.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

Windows 7 was updated on weekly normal update

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US) AppleWebKit/533.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/5.0.375.70 Safari/533.4
