Why does firefox forums always ask for a subject line when you reply but doesnt show one

I have another kind of problem with Firefox
Description
Whenever I try to reply to something I am told it requires a subject line yet there is no subject line entry field.
I just tried TXGuy's answer and chose same problem. I hit submit and it errored telling me I needed a subject line.

One subject line per thread, shown at the top of the thread.
When posting in a thread, you must check one of the lines just above the message box: -I have the same problem -I want to suggest a solution to this problem -I want to ask for more information from the original poster.... -None of the above
