I am trying to configure to get Yahoo email into Thunderbird... each time it keeps saying it connection to server timed out

I use to have verizion email and have switched to Yahoo to try and use thunderbird.. Each time I try and retrieve my email i keep getting an error message that states that server timed out. Not sure what i need to change in the settings.

Every time Firefox opened
