want task bar bottom of screen/not rt side

not sure what this category requires. some months ago the task bar moved to the right side of the screen. ergo, it cuts off the size of movies etc. tried 2 fix it. a no go

You can drag the Windows Taskbar to the bottom of the screen and lock the Taskbar via the right-click context menu to prevent it from happening again.
