I have been trying to access itunes store from inside itunes since the weekend and having no success. The store tells me it cannot process my request and it's an unknown error 310.

I have tried Apple support and they have taken me through their process which says it's not the iphone, macbook pro or a corrupted version of itunes. In fact my AppleID works fine from the apple.com website to access the Apple store.

In researching possible reasons for not being able to access itunes, I found references to comms port blocking/competition from internet browsers and wondered if this might have something to do it.

Can somebody help me?

Many thanks.

Do you need to specify a port to access the page (http://site.com:###) ?

Hi cor-el,

Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately it didn't work. If you've got any other ideas that'd be great.

Cheers,

Paul
