Although the following does not correct problem, it is a way of seeing the complete screen You need to view the screen in Full Screen which can be found under View and the whole screen should appear - at least this is what has happened on my computer.

I had this problem. I unchecked Babylon in a drop down menu from the menu bar at the top of the screen and this cured the problem.
