How do I disable subscript that appears when I point to a link? It appears in the bottom left corner and disrupts my work.

On the internet. Whenever I point my cursor to a link a subtitle appears and stays even after I follow that link. Can I turn off this feature? The one that appears when I hover over something appears next to the cursor, this one is okay. Its the url that appears in the bottom left corner of my window that gets in my way and distracts me when Im working.
