How do I recover my toolbar? I knocked it off by accident

View > Toolbars > ...

If the menu bar is not active you can use the "Alt" key to make it viewable temporarily. The menu bar functionality is replaced by the red or orange "Firefox" button for most items in Firefox that were in the builtin Firefox choices for menu bar.
