Can the bookmark toolbar share a line with a plug-in toolbar?

Not every add-on Toolbar is written to allow other elements of the UI to be moved to their Toolbar. You'll have to see if it is possible to move the Bookmarks Toolbar Items (as it is called in the Customize mode) to that Toolbar. If you can, un-check the empty Bookmarks Toolbar afterward.
