When I click on an email, it will not load.

I log into my Firefox mail account. Some new emails are listed. When I click on any of them, they do not load.

I can open those emails by going directly to AOL, but I cannot open my emails in Firefox

Hi,

Firefox by itself can only display the email web page like when the AOL email site is connected and opened inside Firefox. If an Extension is being used with Firefox, you can try to change it's Options or try to Remove and install it again in Tools (Alt + T) > Addons. To reinstall you can search by the extension's name on the top right search box or @ AMO.
