Firefox crashes or stall frequently

I was using FireFox 10. It stopped working this morning. I tried re-installing it. Same thing happened. Trie this three times. Finally totally uninstalled FireFox. Downloaded FireFox 3.6 which was the only version the would properly run Real Player Plus..my PDF Concerter program..Flash player.....google translation and tool bar

Now FF 3.6 does the same thing

Is there a FF browser that will run my programs noted above??
