i fallowed all kind of clean up , reinstaled and firefox works on fresh isntal and then i clsoe it and open again and it dont work anymore. just hang like load

I manulay delated all related files in c:\username\appdata folders , uninstaled and reinstaled firefox . Now when i open it its few second of working and then i just click anything and it hangs... turns out white like when it loads somtiems but it just stay like that and next to name there is ( program dont respond) kind of massage. Can you help me ?

i am not sure if its fixed but i just found that something usal.exe was working and thats the thing that tryed to conect online . It was in folder called "situ" in appdata/roaming .. i couldnt delate it when mozila was working ,, actualy it was haning but i had it buried under some windows .. when i force close firefox i was able to dlate this usal.exe and now i turn on and off mozzila few times so it looks like progress . essential antyvir didnt detect it as virus so maybe it was some gltich between programs ... if it didnt help i will come back :) thanks for attention
