It is better not to use click-to-play in current Firefox versions because it hasn't been implemented completely and may caus malfunctioning with some plugins like Java and the Adobe Reader.
You can inspect all permissions including for plugins for a specific domain on the about:permissions page.
You can open about:xxxx pages via the location bar like you open a website.
