When any of the users on my network open Outlook webmail through Firefox, they are experiencing the error below (randomly throughout the day). When you try to close the error, it does not go away. F5 will clear the error so they can continue to work, but it continues to be disruptive.

Error A Web browsing error occurred. The entire error report is listed below: Hide Report

Hi jwittlock,

Does this also happen in another browser? The error that you gave is a warning that a function call is cancelling a completed script. Please check with outlook webmail if this happens in multiple browsers.

The nonresponsive script on my webmail also shows up when I leave the tab open through out the day. I have added these knowledge base articles that help me impove this and make the nocitce go away.JavaScript settings and preferences for interactive web pages Warning Unresponsive script - What it means and how to fix it

This is only happening in Firefox. We have users that prefer (and use) IE and Chrome, and there are no errors when using those browsers.

I have tried, running Firefox in Safe Mode (thinking there was an add-on causing the issue), resetting all Firefox settings to default, and completely un-installing and re-installing the Firefox browser, and the issue remains.
