my emails have disappeared from one of my addresses
My 2 email account have been working fine until I went on to the BT website to add another bt address. Since then I have lost all mail from my main account although new ones appear to be getting through ok. How do I get the others back please ?

Thunderbird Menu > Tools > Account Settings.
- Check your mail is there or not?

Its working fine. Clean your cookies and cache and give a try
I've done as suggested but still have not recovered lost emails from my inbox although I am still receiving new mail
Which of the steps suggested in the article did you follow?
