Is there a permanent way to delete Parent Lock from Firefox?
Everytime I bring up my computer I have to delete "Parent Lock" so if Firefox crashes I can restart Firefox without restarting my computer

No, there isn't.
There shouldn't be a need to delete the parent.lock file as the time stamp of this file is used to check for a failed startup.
