Why are my pages fuzzy. If i go to "Help" and select "Trouble shoot mode" it temporarily fixes self but returns to fuzzy when I go to another site online.

Starting 4 or 5 days ago when entering https://bluehost.com in the URL field, the landing page for Bluehost stopped rendering properly. I cleared ALL browsing data without fixing the problem. Trying to open Bluehost in a private window did not fix the problem. Only opening Firefox in Safe mode solved the problem. After opening in Safe mode, I disabled performance enhancement including hardware acceleration - problem not fixed. The Bluehost landing page renders properly in Chrome, Edge and Opera.
